I was very upset while talking to Mike at the Hartford store, and asked to speak to his Mgr. I was on the phone for 3 hours between the store, 3rd party issuing company, Rebate Center, and Customer Service. The agent there looked up my cell number and said that there was no submission for a card. Just a few days after AT&Ts Motorola Atrix got a major upgrade to Android 2.3, Verizons Motorola Droid X2 is getting a similar boost with not just Gingerbread, but a bunch of different enhancements. He transferred me over to Verizon's Rebate Center. I told him that Mike said he had just called and spoke to someone there, and the agent was insistent that they would not have been able to see anything on the progress of the card in "pending" status. When I called, the agent told me that if a card was "pending", they wouldn't even have visibility to it, and that I'd have to go through the "Verizon Rebate Center". However, I had no faith that Mike would handle it, so I made the call. He said I could call the 3rd party myself, which I said was ridiculous as Verizon should handle this directly. He said the card was "pending", and there was nothing more he could do for me. When I didn't hear back from him in 3 days, I called him again. Mike said he'd check on it with the 3rd party company that issues the card, and call me back that afternoon.

When I didn't get it in two weeks, I called again. Can't get anyone to help me with my problem. The never paid At&t not my credit score dropped. Saying if I come back, they will pay off my remaining balance up to 1000.
